Sotto — Deep Talk (the "App") respects the sanctity of your private conversations. We are committed to ensuring that your inner world remains entirely yours, with zero external monitoring or data harvesting.

Sotto — Deep Talk（下稱「本應用程式」）深知每一場對話的重量。我們承諾將你的私密世界完全交還給你，不作任何外部監測或收集。

2. App Privacy Label: Data Not Collected / 數據採集聲明

As required by Apple's App Privacy standards: The developer does not collect any data from this app.

根據 Apple 私隱標準聲明：本應用程式開發者不會從此 App 收集任何數據。

• The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII), including names, email addresses, location data, or device identifiers. / 不收集、儲存或傳送任何個人識別資料，包括姓名、電郵、位置或裝置識別碼。
• No Tracking: We do not use any tracking SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising plugins. / 無追蹤： 我們不使用任何追蹤工具、分析插件或廣告插件。
• All content entered within the App (conversation logs, notes, progress) is stored locally on your device only. / 所有輸入內容（對話記錄、筆記、進度）僅存儲於你的本地裝置。

3. Local Storage & Security / 本地存儲與安全性

All user-generated data, including your notes and exploration progress, is stored exclusively on your device. Soulmark has no way to access, read, or view any of your records.

所有用戶產生的數據，包括靈魂印記筆記及探索進度，均完整存儲於你的裝置本地。Soulmark 無法透過任何方式存取、讀取或查看你的任何紀錄。

• Security Recommendation / 安全建議: We recommend enabling your device passcode or biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) to protect your local data from unauthorised access. / 建議啟用裝置密碼或生物識別解鎖（Face ID / Touch ID），以確保本地筆記不被他人讀取。
• Data Export / 數據導出: You may manually export any conversation card or note via the in-app Share function. / 用戶可透過 App 內的「分享」功能手動導出任何對話卡片或筆記。
